I started at Extreme Kyokushin Karate as I wanted to learn how to protect myself and keep fit. After 4 years and 4 to 5 days a week of hard training I am going to grade for my Shodan this year, in 2013. In the time-span I have been at Extreme Kyokushin Karate, I have made many friends, learnt how to defend myself, keep fit, and improve my coordination and balance. I have always tried to do my best in training. I am grateful to Sensei Vaviti and everyone else at Extreme Kyokushin Karate for teaching me what they know; I hope that in years to come that I will also be given the opportunity to pass on this knowledge to others.
